Total loss in almost 6 months: -0.9kg !!!!
Thankfully not a gain - but obviously I need a new strategy if I'm to make a difference to my weight in the next six months!
GOAL: To reach 109 kg by May 1st 2012.
That's 8 weeks to lose 5.4 kg.
